The location was convenient

There was noise from others in the building. No wifi information was delivered to us during our entire stay. we had to use our own devices for data sharing. The mattress on the bed appeared to be uneven. Swapping sides on the bed with my partner worked better for me.

Lots of noise, smoke smell, shouting all hours, looked like a drugs den

It was good value for money.

I don't like the fact that there wasn't a little fridge in the room where service users can store or preserve their food, fruits or drinks, it isn't wise for service users to preserve their food, fruits or drinks in the general fridge where others are preserving theirs. There has to be some drinking glasses in the rooms as well. Your phone number is not accessible, please you need to put it in order.
