No one was there to meet me. I couldn’t get in. They gave me a code that didn’t work. Another guest ended up letting me in. The room was filthy. Bed linen hadn’t been changed. No towels. No TV window had been left open so it was freezing when I arrived. They eventually turned up when I kept calling them. They changed the bed and gave me some towels. They gave me a small heater to plug in to warm the room but after they left I realised it didn’t work. The shower was very small. I was so disgusted with the whole place that I didn’t stay there at all the second night I found somewhere else. It was nothing like it described in the advert. Once I finally got to bed the bed was reasonably comfortable. About the only positive thing I can say. I would actually like a refund if possible - at least for the night I didn’t stay

Please see above. There were so many things that were disappointing I would never recommend it to anyone.
