Location , very dark at the property when we came in .

The view from the top floor is amazing! The penthouse is spacious and nice. The pool with shower on the ground floor was perfect for cooling off when we returned from a beach walk. The staff, Luis and Lydia were very friendly and hardworking (you’ll want a translate app do easier communication). Felt very secure with a locking gate so only guests could access the property.

There were a number of glitches with our unit that apparently haven’t worked for a long time. No hot water in tub (which is unusable due to a major leak). No hot water in kitchen (owner said there never has been?). Several days of no hot water in the shower. Had to bring my own basics (paper towel, dish soap, dish cloth and face cloth). Only one roll of toilet tissue at a time so if we skipped a cleaning we ran out of toilet paper. Biggest issue was the tub on the balcony, such a waste of space when it doesn’t work! Remove it so there could be more seating for that amazing view or replace it with a plunge pool that works.

Perfect apartment style accommodation. Tom has a separate bedroom and small kitchen. There is a BBQ available for use that is either propane or briquette. It's a 5 minute walk to La Ropa beach. Luís was friendly and always helpful. If you can get in, (as there are only 7 units and they are almost always booked up) we highly recommend!!

King size bed was a little hard, but honestly that's all about preference. Some people like a hard bed.

Great location. Taxis and bus right out front La Ropa Beach a two minute walk on virtually level ground. DT about 5minute taxi ride, 90pasos. Bus about 12minutes, 18pasos.

internet cuts out. my cell service was only lte

The location is excellent and the staff are wonderful. Loved the pool area, great place to relax, and the rooms are a good size.
