Everything was excellent! The service, cleanliness of the room, comfort and warmth of the bed - with the most lovely pillows! Will definitely be back.

Room was awesome very comfortable and tidy, staff were great.

Very noisey from road noise, pedestrian crossing beeping all night, boy racers all night, ambulance at 2am in the morning with lights shining in our room that cant be helped as must have been an emergency, could here the bathroom antics of room above and the terrible music they were listening to on the TV after ambulance arrival and all the noise that went on with woke everyone up. Some random health support worker knocking on room door at 8am in the morning told him He had wrong room and he kept coming back. Rooms could do with sound proofing and maybe curtains instead of blinds

If you like a quiet place, do not pick this hotel. No noise insulation, I could hear the people in the room upstairs listening to music past midnight, and all the passing cars in the street. I didn't even spend the night and left the hotel around 1 AM after booking a night at another hotel. The acting manager, Aki, didn't help and I was not reimbursed for the nights. Aki played dead when I asked for my money back.

At the last minute we decided that an early check in would be very helpful for us, so I called to ask a couple of hours ahead of the time. The managers were able to get our room cleaned and ready early and it made our craduation day so much better. We are very grateful. Thanks.. The building has very good sound insulation it is on a couple of main roads but the rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

Very helpful staff. Not far from shops, bars, tourist attractions etc.

Our room (2) overlooked the main road so it was noisy at times.
