No breakfast, the hotel electric and plumbing was very bad. NO hot water. The swimming pool looked an an aquarium for fish not humans

the staff were very helpful, room was spacious and by tuk tuk was cheap to get around, handy to bus station if staff booked tuk tuk on pp half price

the Breakfast was often cold, very average food except fresh omelet was exceptional. restaurant food was average

We got upgraded on arrival to an apartment which was lovely to have such a good amount of space! It was great to have a lounge, two TVs and a sink area. The bedroom was very nice, a comfortable bed which was huge and good aircon. The staff were very friendly and the pool was nice to chill in with a good view. They provided water in the room and had water filters in the hotel as well. Had a free 15 min massage which was a nice add on. We had a nice stay and the flaws were minor.

Location wasn’t the best, a 20 min tuktuk to the centre though they were very easy to get. Towels and bed sheets were a little stained. The AC was loud and not all the buttons worked. The breakfast wasn’t the best, some of it didn’t feel very fresh and the bread was SO tragically awful. The room was lovely but bathroom did not have the same quality, floor was very stained and just not a nice looking bathroom. The fridge also didn’t work, we didn’t mention this though in all fairness.

from the moment i entered Vrest, i was greeted with warm smiles, friendly service, in a lovely lobby, with smashing little restaurant and bar too which is good value, spotlessly clean, and again, lovely staff. In the room the bed was comfy, and the shower was great. There was a tv, small fridge, kettle, small table space, all good. I used the small gym once, it is ok for a small workout, stretching and some treadmill, with couple of new, clean machines. The pool on the roof is very small, almost no point to it, but the seating area on the roof is probably the quietest part of the hotel, and has lovely view , and breeze, if there is one.

The issue i had with my stay here was nothing to do with the hotel as such - but the noise coming from the road outside. 24/7 the ambulances are turning up to the huge hospital that is directly outside. the traffic police close the road down multiple times aday to let the mafia SUV train thru, and they whistle and hold enormous amounts of traffic, causing so much noise, congestion, and general traffic issues, to be even greater. The fact that the busiest road in cambodia is directly outside the hotel, is good for getting there, but a little bad if you dont enjoy listening to traffic, 24hrs a day. I tried 2 rooms, the one without balcony was much quieter, and the balcony was impossible to use anyway, no shade, directly in front of the 6 lane highway.

La piscine est petite mais jolie. Le personel est accueillant. Le fitness est bien et climatisé!

L'hôtel est dans un état lamentable, des murs au sol en passant par les meubles, tout est vraiment très sale. La douche est froide. La terasse extérieur n’est pas entretenue tout comme la piscine. Le petit dejeuner etait décevant, le pain sec est presque immangeable, les plats servie ne donnent pas envie, seul les fruit étaient bon. Nous nous sommes fait masser dans l'hôtel, c'était le pire massage de ma vie. Je me demande si ce n’est pas les femme de chambre qui exerce aussi en tant que masseuse et ce, sans formation. D'ailleurs, les massages ne se font pas dans un institut mais dans une chambre glauque. De plus, le personnel (3personnes) étaient endormis sur les canapés lors de notre arrivée et n'arrivaient pas a communiqué correctement avec nous pour l'enregistrement. Ils nous ont soit disant surclassé mais la chambre était décevante et nous avons vécu avec un petit cafard comme compagnon.
