立地が非常に良かったです。 空港路線のバス停、コンビニ、飲食店等が徒歩圏内にあり、大通りに面しているおかげもあってプノンペンは結構野良犬多かったのですが絡まれることなく移動出来ました。 お部屋が綺麗で広く、バスタブつきなのもゆったりお湯につかれて身体を癒せてありがたかったですし、スタッフの方もみんな親切でとても心地良く過ごせました。 朝食メニューも美味しくて、特にその場で調理してもらえる麺料理と卵料理が毎日食べても飽きない美味しさでした。

No hot water, luke warm showers. Paying for 2 water bottles at check out for a dollar each... Water should be complementary.

Room was large and the bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly.

I'd like to preface this by saying I have been traveling southeast asia for two months now and have not written a bad review the entire trip. The disappointment started when I arrived. I was hungry and had just flown in. I ordered wings and a water. The wings were overcooked so much that they were black on the end and leather-tough. When i went to pay, the price of a small bottle of water was $2. The same bottle of water next door at the gas station was $0.25. The hotel in general is run-down and the hallways in particular are disregarded. THe carpet is stained from leaking trash and there are paint chips and refuse lining the seldom used passage way to the stairs. My room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the blinds were permeated w ages old cigarette smell. There is no hot water. The biggest reason I booked this hotel was for the rooftop pool, which turned out to be about 2 meters by 3 meters. There were no lounge chairs, but a few uncomfortable outdoor furniture pieces. The hotel is on an extremely busy street and a two kilometers from the palace and more tourist friendly areas. The breakfast buffet was disappointing as well, one out of four days I enjoyed it. Two of the days the kitchen staff didn't even light the burners under the buffet trays so the food was cold. This hotel isn't a good destination for western tourists. I was on the first floor so i took the stairs occasionally. The first day I noticed that someone had left room service items at the top of the stairs. They were still there when i left. I've included a picture and i'll bet when this is read they are still there.

Breakfast is a mix of Asian and Western. There's an egg chef who does a very good job with the eggs. Cooked gently and delicious. There's usually waffles or pancakes, some sort of fried rice or noodle, stir fry, congee, noodle soup, breads, fruits, muffins, and green salad / vegetables. There's a coffee machine with all sorts of drinks, hot tea, and juice.

Showers are always cool. I wish the water was hotter.
