Budapest Eye Residence

Bright, spacious, and clean. Has everything that one may need. The location is amazing: the bus from the airport stops on a doorstep. Metro, tram stops are within 100m. All sights are within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, its a studio

The wardrobe was full of cleaning stuff (2 vacuum cleaner etc), on Booking.com it is listed with satellite channels on TV, nothing is available! When contacted the owner the answer was there is Netflix using our own account, when referred to the site description the answer came like:“i dont see the link!”

The apartment is comfortable and clean. I was worried about the place being drafty and cold but it was actually very warm and comfortable upon our arrival. The staff is helpful and efficient (no problems with check in or check out). The apartment looks like the pictures so everything was as expected. The location is superb! It is close to a metro and a bus and a within walking distance of many attractions and sights; there’s also a supermarket right below!

The bed is very uncomfortable. The mattress is lumpy and very firm and the bed creaks at every turn. I do not recommend for anyone with back problems. I would also say the cooking utensils (pots) are a but small for making a meal - but it was still doable. There is also a small vestibule that is shared where the light is out and can be a bit difficult to lock the door in the dark (had to use our phone lights).

The property was as advertised on photos. Very spacious and good looking.

For the 4-5 days we stayed it was a really good experience. What I could say they can improve on is the TV to be fixed (which they know now and they promised to get it fixed after our stay as agreed) and I wish there were bigger and better pillows.

Tedious check-in process using a Hungarian app which doesn’t work. Luckily we were able to just send them our passports info through Viber.

The apartment was in a perfect central location and easy to get to from the airport. Take the 100E bus from the airport which takes 40minutes and arrives directly across the road from the apartment. Directions provided were very clear with photos. It felt safe and secure and was clean, warm and modern inside.

Being at the city center, it was surprisingly quiet and easy to reach

The apartment had spiderwebs on all the ceiling corners. The under sofa area was full of dirt. It wasn't child friendly in respect to the charging plugs. The two plugs in the bedroom were almost out of the wall.
