Perfect location, nice modern an comfortable apartment,

Only the simple bed, mattress, and bed linens could use an Upgrade for more comfort Feedback to improve from “4 stars-good” to “5stars excellent” -put some dimmable or after light lamps, instead of the bright white ceiling spot lights. Or install dimmers on the light switches) . -it would be nice if the bathroom had towel racks to put your used bath towels to dry after usage. -I think 10am for the latest checkout time, quite early. I understand the accomodation needs to be cleaned before next guests arrive, but check-in is only after 4pm, so there would still be plenty of time if checkout would be later. It’s not a lot of work to clean such a small studio.

Central position of apartment with close access to two metro lines. Large room with good facilities.

More instructive description how to open gates from the street. Limited access to both sides of double bed. Nothing where you can hang towels. No tray under stand for washed dish to collect water. Small lamps at both sides of bed would be welcome.

The location is perfect near the bus station and metro. There was a clean and spacious. There is a self-check-in. Almost all the necessary equipment like fridge, stove, kettle, and even a toaster and cutlery. There was also an ironing board and, a dryer. The large wardrobe

I mentioned the ironing board but there was no iron there. And the host wasn't responsive because he just said that ironing should be there and that was all it. Also, I was very upset by the lack of internet - at all. I wrote to the host and the next morning the Internet appeared but in the evening it disappeared again and the host did not react in any way to my message about the absence. Just sent me the info about the check out. Uncomfortable small bed for two people (for 1.5 actually) and it creaks with the slightest movement on it

The apartment is really very very nice and the location cannot be better, is ideal. But instead of 10, I am sorry, I gave this rate, because of the management's indifference for their guests. You can have it in the automatic pilot, but you have to have it well organized, so that your guests should not have problems.

1. We had read in the reviews about problem with Internet, but we could not expect that it would be like this. After we arrived in the apt, we found out that Internet was not working. We phoned three times during that evening to the contact telephone numbers we had, but no one was answering. When we phoned again next morning, they answered and told us that that there should be a problem with the router and that they would do a restart of the router later. In the evening we met the guests of the opposite apartment of us and they told us that it was their third day without Internet. We stayed for four nights at that apartment and we had no Internet during our stay, no care and no interest from the management. 2. When we made the reservation for Budapest Eye Residence, it was written at the House Rules that "Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card at check-in". After the reservation had been made, the property management sent us an e-mail stating that we should do a check-in before our arrival and that "if they do not receive the guest information until 12 pm on the arrival day, (check-in is at 4pm), they would not be able (!) to share the check in information with us" (entrance code and keysafe code). I am sorry, I cannot justify that you can say this to a guest. It is clearly stated at https://vizainfo.hu/en/guests and by Vendégem that self check-in may be offered by the accommodation provider as an option and not as an obligation and that the accommodation provider shall check the identity of the guest, at the latest on arrival -as everywhere. The only that I would like to say, is that I think, from my side, that when you offer services, you have to make everything easier for the client and not for you. 3. The check out is until 10 am and then luggage storage cannot be offered, which I respect.

Good location close to local restaurants away from higher priced touristy ones. Easy to get there from.the airport with after a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. Clean and quite a large room.

Wifi is a bit hit and miss, also not the warmest of flats but okay.

Great location

Bed was really bad. Even with the smallest movement you can hear it cracks, unfortunately I couldn’t sleep very well.

Perfect location, easy way to access. Beautiful rooms and nice cozy decoration. Was fully equipped and would be perfect for vacation with family or friends.

Internet was really bad. Couldn’t connect at all! We have contacted this issue to the owner and advised us to restart the router but of course nothing happened. He/she said they would check the issue but no one got back to us to advise any updates. That’s our only complaint. This should be fixed or they should not include it to the amenities offered.
