Location, facilities, reasonable space - these are all positives. The host is polite, communication was good.

The other owner form downstairs, apartment 15, from the same family as this owner of apartment 14: hosts guests that party until 4 am, you can hear them scream and having sex extremely *loud* all night. This should not be a motel!! People come here to relax! Also, at 6 am people clean the trash bins outside (>6 of them), by smashing them on the floor - which makes it impossible to get some rest!.. If you value your sleep and want a quiet vacation, I urge you to look elsewhere. We were in sleep deprivation when we left.
