Amazing host, clean and cosy apartment. The location is literally 2 minutes walks from the main square and station is 15 minutes walk. Apartment provides towels, toiletries and basic need. It has lift and we'll secured. Quite place for sure. Thank you

The location was the unique positive point.

I made a reservation in this appartment from 4h to 6th october 2024. When we arrived we found a lot of broken eletric wires with isolated tape connecting them in the bedroom and also in the kitchen near the sink as you can check in the photographs I sent. No minimal safety conditions. Speaking about the sink there was a desgusting smell of garbage coming from the drain. In the bathroom there was toilet paper - one already half used. The bathroom had no hot water even after taking the measures that the host told us we needed to take. Also the bath drain was clogged with some dark stuff coming up from there. No minimal conditions to take a bath. Besides that no hygiene in the appartment as you can also check in the photographs I attached. I don't understand how can someone have authorization to rent an appartment in such conditions. We left the appartment as there were no minimal hygiene or safety conditions. I've asked the host for a solution and his answer was "on tester day all is ok". There are a lot of bad comments in the evaluation of this appartment and the host is still getting advantage of the deceived guests and their disconfort. He also asked for extra taxes not mentioned in the booking announcement and higher than what is written by law. He never answered to any messages by booking chat, only by whatsapp. We left the appartment one day earlier. I asked for a full refund of the reservartion made as it did not accomplish anything it announced and as nothing was made to solve the problems presented. We had to made a new reservation in another place for the second night. Don't do the same mistake we did by renting this place only because of the center location. It is certainly not worth it.

Absolutely filthy.I went to clean but there no cleaning products.messaged owner who did not reply.unable to sleep in bed or have a shower as dirty.I dirty cup but 3 of us so no coffee .do not stay here its disgusting.

The only positive thing is its location.

The apartment was extremely dirty in every aspect. From the sheets to the towels.. everything was smelly and dirty. We couldn’t sleep in there. We communicated that to the owner but there wasn’t any response. In addition to that we paid 5€/person as a Tax Fee which was the most we paid in our trip to Italy. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

The location is perfect! Right in the middle of the Jewish neighbourhood and close to the university. Room offers everything you need.
