I arrived in Mandalay 28/03/25 as the 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit. As the city turned into chaos the manager (female from Lithuania) remained calm and organised somewhere for us to stay, food and water. Which during that time was not an easy task. I cannot thank her and the team enough for helping me in this time as I would’ve been screwed without them!!

The hotel conditions are good for its category. The issue with electricity has been perfectly resolved, there is always hot water, free drinking water, delicious food in the rooftop bar, and a convenient location. The staff is excellent, always ready to help with any question. Very warm, friendly atmosphere for every guest.

"Perfect spot in Mandalay"

Great spot in Mandalay. They have a convenient schedule and timing for when they use the generator as most places in the city don’t have power a lot of the time. Rooftop was a great spot!
