Clean comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Across the road from Cusco airport so very convenient.

The hotel was very spars and basic. Making it aa bit more homely, like putting a shade on the light or having a lamp would have helped. Also there is a lot of noise from other rooms (TV, Talking) and from outside.

Great value and close to the airport. Owner was very sweet.

The man working there was kind

We got off to a rough start when I sent multiple texts through Booking and WhatsApp to try to get in touch with the accommodation, but I got no response. The place is really hard to find, it’s in a dark alleyway, and the area is sketchy. When we finally found it the man working there did not know about our booking and told us after much confusion to wait when he would prepare our room (which means that it probably would not be cleaned since it would only take a couple of minutes). When we were waiting for our room to be prepared we heard a woman all the way from the reception moan so loud that we decided to just leave. All in all, we can only recommend to not book this. It should not be on booking since the man working there (who was nice, by the way) clearly is not in contact with booking.com at all and it gave us the impression that the place might be used for people running a side business.

The hostel is really close to the airport within walking distance. The staff prepared an included breakfast for me with fresh eggs and freshly pressed papaya juice and it was delicious. Everyone from the staff is very kind and the room was clean.

The address location on google maps is not the same as in reality so I had to walk through a few dark allies to find it, which I would not recommend to other solo female travelers who unlike me don't arrive during the day. It was a bit noisy as the family of the hotel owners appear to be living there with small children.

Comfortable room right next to the airport

The host was very friendly- worked with me to overcome our language barrier. Gave me a heater for my room. For a hostel the breakfast was very good value. Close to the airport 300m was a huge advantage for me.

The wi fi was weak. Dropped out in my room a number of times

The owner went above and beyond. We could not make it to breakfast so the owner gave us some food and drinks to compensate. She did this unprompted and it was very kind of her.
