I really enjoyed my stay here because of the attentive staff, value for money, and location. Jhon was the best host I ever booked with. He was very helpful in helping me navigate the city and helped me feel safe when traveling alone for the first time.

I have no complaints other than it being very cold around this time but thankfully they provided me with a heater which was amazing!

The price was high for what this place was. I had a good stay but the main concern was value to price for me, I also did not get breakfast in the morning because the person who was supposed to make it was still asleep.

Excellent location, just across the street from the airport, no need to take a taxi to get to the airport. Very good staff and very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Las Hortensia's Casa De Huespedes. I only stayed one night but it was perfect. They picked me up at the airport and also provided the shuttle back to the airport the next day. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and I had a table to work a little bit. They provided me with a yummy healthy vegan dinner (potatotes and salad) as well as a vegan breakfast (toast, jam, fruit, coffee). They were also very helpful when I need to go to laboratory to get a bloodtest done. They called there to see if it was open and again organized someone who brought me there. I really have to say I got a more than 5 Star service and experience for a moderate price! Thank you so much Elizabeth and family!

The property was very clean and excellent value for money but the most important part is owner. Absolutely amazing, I had issues as I didn’t receive my luggage and it helped me a lot. It is one of a kind person. It’s 100 meters away from the airport so I really recommend this hotel.
