No lift available and AC too

The room was spacious and the beddings were clean. Breakfast was enough. I had someone help me with my luggage and also get me a Boda Boda to my next destination. Rather let the staff help you get a trustworthy driver as they know people. I was escorted to the office to change money. Staff took me there and waited. Felt safer walking through those underground shops. Internet works perfect. View (from my room) over the city and Minibus is definitely an experience and a sight

The entrance is in the middle of the Taxi Chaos. Even with closed windows, I was able to hear the noise. I had to pay 2000 Schilling (warm) for my bottle of water while having breakfast. The elevator wasn't working. Not Wheelchair accessible.

Everything was good

Fantastic stay with friendly staff. Slept great thanks to the nice mattresses. Breakfast served at rooftop is great and differs every morning. We even booked an extra night.

The building is a bit noisy

the location is a bit hard to find. It's above all the crazy, noisy taxi park, but once you get to the hotel- rooms are totally quiet (so you get great location to all sites+easy travel, AND quite room, once inside).
