Horrible neighborhood, have to walk up 4 floors with suitcases, no window in room, late at night water was gone, in Booking it says total including taxes and fees 25 and when you reserve and go to payment it says 29. Nobody knows why it goes up. Manager not very helpful. Not recommended at all !!!!

Slow service at the restaurant and meals too salty. But all these was exceeded by the extra extra friendly and supportive staff, right from reception

The staff is very friendly and resourceful. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. There is hot water and the bathroom is very nice. The breakfast is excellent as is the location.

Their towels don't look clean. There is a small kitchen in the room but no dishes or anything that would make the kitchen really useful. There are no windows in the room, but maybe that's not a bad thing because it smells terrible outside and it's polluted and there's also a lot of noise all day around. The worst thing is that the door can't be locked which I realised on my last day there.

The staff were exceptional. Very attentive and customer focused. The restaurant staff are excellent (especially Andrew) and the food is great.

Too controlled. Was difficult to get out early mornings as the main door is locked until after 6 am. Room had no daylight and poor ventilation. The entrance was about of a turn off as it’s an unmaintained shopping mall.
