The place was good, as well as the staff indeed there value for money

Clean rooms. Access to restaurant on the same floor. Within town easy to access several areas. The stay was generally good.

Some of the rooms don't have WIFI, especially the rooms with windows to the outside. The staff are aware but there seems to be no effort to fix the issue. Would be great if they considered sorting the issue.

No lift for 5/6 floor .for brejfast they ask me to pay for one .its crzy . Normaly its include finaly they said its ok .air condition noisy dosent work .they change roon in that roon washing basinn blovk..very very bad hotel ever we stays .breakfast is good .nothing is correct for me exept staff .we live only one day inateed of 2 days

The hotel could be very good but it is still in construction. The staff is nice, rooms are big, pretty simple. You have options to get a room without windows clean and finished, or room with window (on the very noisy taxi park) but not completely finished (some wires still in the air, TV is not there, etc.). Wifi is chaotic (routers not working) EXCEPT in the lobby were it's great The lobby is very good (looks like a normal fancy hotel lobby) with a restaurant/bar and good wifi there.

The city view rooms are quite noisy as they are directly facing the taxi park (with no double double glazing) so expect car noises, honking, etc. The neighborhood is super central but VERY chaotic. The hotel is still in construction (and will remain like that for long according to the other comments) so while this is okay for a short stay I wouldn't recommend long stay. Beside, the construction is really approximate (some edges are not straight, plugs are not well located, etc.). Mattress is not comfort and as in other Ugandese hotels, they keep the selling plasting on so sheets slip and fall during the night.
