Royal Hotel Apartments

Pro: The Wifi and Aircon is working, The location is next to the taxi park. The staff tries to be helpful, but they don't know how to run a hotel.

The rooms inside have no windows. The bathroom was so stinky and full of mold that I could change to another room. Last month, there were some renovations and constructions going on. There is NO breakfast!

Located right at the center of the chaotic part of the city, the old taxi park. But it's just very convenient to travel to other part of the country. The staff and the manager, especially Derrick, are very helpful! Derrick will personally lead me to the taxi station and bus station to find a ticket for me to the next destinations! And he is helping everyone in the hotel, especially travelers! Best service! The staff makes up of the miserable chaotic surrounding! Great job!

You just might not like the area! Very chaotic. But, again, the staff makes you feel safe!

Of course I came back to this hotel after coming back from Jinja. The location and the staff! Superb for me that taking public transport to travel around!

The staff were EXTREMELY friendly. I had just arrived and they helped with directions, ordering of uber/ bikes, and hotel recommendations. 100% WOULD RECOMMEND

The hot water didn't work for me.

The bed was big, comfortable & very modern. There was matching wardrobe, dresser & 2 side tables. The room was also spacious.

The room needs redecorating. The tired decore did not match the furniture. Also the walls were dark mahoganyish colour. As there is no window to the outside a light coloured paint would make the room look brighter. The shower & toilet were loose, coming off the walls. There was a floor based air conditioning unit but it was more like a fan as it didn't cool the entire room.

Respectful and flexible staff. There is a portable air conditioner.

The location is in the middle of the most crowded area of the city. The building has multiple businesses to pass through to get to the third -fourth floor where the hotel is. Ants and cockroche in the room. No fridge in the room.
