I had a great experience,staff is very friendly and breakfast was always on time.Toilets are clean and everything is well maintained.The gatemen are amazing I could help but appreciate their services too.

The hotel is right at the heart of Kampala, across from the Old Taxi Park. Very convenient for all your needs. Breakfast was included and very satisfying.

There are a lot of stairs to climb before you get to the actual receptionist. There wasn’t any elevator present. But the staff is very friendly and helpful with luggage.

At this moment there is some renovations going on.So that you may expect some inconvenience including Wi-Fi .But all this problem will sort out by staff especially Duty Manager (forgot his name) they are always at service.If once all this renovations completed this property one of the best in Kampala bez of its location.tou can enjoy all the local vibe in door step.located in city center with street view.all necessary things available in hotel complex itself Restaurants ,shops ets.

Everything else from location to the entire environment, the stairs were dirty, no WiFi and the rooms had a weird not so good smell

There was a building side in the foyer to build a new restaurant. We could not use the restaurant. but they ordered breakfast for us.
