How can one even begin to describe such a magical, timeless moment? Words simply fall short of capturing what my partner and I just experienced. Thank you, Einat and Christos — this was by far the most extraordinary moment of our stay in Crete. The place is absolutely enchanting, with a view that took our breath away — something truly rare and unforgettable. From the warm, heartfelt welcome to the incredible kindness of our hosts, everything was perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the infinity pool felt like a dream, and the entire atmosphere was pure serenity. You didn’t just host us — you elevated our whole journey on this beautiful island. We are deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience. If you're considering it — don’t hesitate for a second. Just go. You’ll be amazed.

The accommodation was absolutely breathtaking. The location was stunning, with a view of the sea and a beautifully furnished house. A place of pure relaxation! Everything was perfect. And the most important: The owner is truly wonderful and always makes sure that you have everything you need.

Di base va tutto bene: magari qualche lettino/sdraio/poltrona al posto dei cuscinoni per gli spazi all'aperto. Accesso alla piccola piscina non comodissimo La location è fantastica, ma il rovescio della medaglia è che è in mezzo al nulla, con strade tortuose e tempi di percorrenza importanti per raggiungere qualsiasi posto... anche il ristorante più vicino... auto e pazienza assolutamente obbligatorie: non è un difetto, ma bisogna tenerne conto.

Loin de l’agitation touristique de masse, 4 bungalows/Suites de standing qui se fondent dans la nature: murs de pierres, terrasse agrémentée de rambardes en bois d’olivier et de feuilles de palmes. Douche extérieure, petite kitchenette bien équipée et piscine pour les fins de journée. Tout est bien pensé, avec un goût très sûr. Et le meilleur pour la fin: Einat et Motti, les hôtes! Gentillesse, petits messages quotidiens pour s’assurer que tout va bien, conseils, photos, sans oublier les tisanes ( et les verres de raki ) d’Einat pour soigner les angines …. leur présence discrète est un vrai plus au séjour!

Muar Suites is a quiet luxury experience in the rugged desolate southern coast of Crete. When I found Muar on booking.com I was impressed by the photos but when we arrived everything exceeded our expectations. This is a place for lovers, the hotel and the location are very romantic. The architectural plan of the suites is elegant, tasteful, respectful of the natural surroundings, Cretan history and its very private. We loved sitting on the terrace and listening to the sea, the insects, the wind, the rustling of the native plants. At night we relaxed on the terrace on comfy bean bag chairs and saw shooting stars! Also a full moon ! And when the sun came up in the morning we had the most magical view of the sea from our bed. I will never forget the view of the two mysterious uninhabited islands across from Muar where Apollo was said to have been born. Inside of the suites are spacious, the bed is luxurious, the clawfoot bathtub is pretty and the outdoor shower was truly spectacular. And the infinity pool is refreshing and well maintained. Also the breakfast is fantastic and full of Greek specialties. Einat, the owner, is the best hostess, she was there to grant our every wish. Einat is a wonderful person with exquisite taste and style, she offered us the best recommendations for food and adventures in the local area. And the secret beach! Stunning place to swim and sunbathe. I wish I could give Muar 1 million stars, we hope to return one day in the future.
