The team member who came to hand over the keys was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different parts of the island which was very insightful and helpful. The team was always responsive whenever we had questions or needed assistance. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an enjoyable and memorable holiday experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Hôtel au centre de l’île donc très pratique, chambre au top et accueil génial

Il y avait plusieurs cheveux dans la chambre qui n’était pas les nôtre, petit manque d’intimité ( fenêtre qui donne sur les espace commun) et jacuzzi pas assez chaud pour le soir

The apartment was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. We were met by Giannas who showed us around and gave us his mobile number. There was a beautiful semi enclosed balcony with sea and pool views. There was an info pack for Santorini which was very helpful for taxi, boat trips restaurants etc, and using the name of our apartment often got us a quick taxi.

Nothing to do with Santorini Garden Homes, but we booked a hire car with Hertz, through Booking.com. It was an absolute disaster. and Booking. com refused to refund. We will not be using Hertz or Booking..com again, despite the fact that we have been customers of Booking.com for many many years.
