Bathrooms were not clean, and rooms didn’t look like the photos. Towels were not included which we found very odd and very inconvenient as we didn’t have one. Okay for one night then move on.

It was close to the nice areas of the city

The place was hard to find cause they don’t have a sign with the name. They didn’t have lockers to put in your stuff. They only had the basics, but for example no soap to wash your hands or something to hang your clothes on, only one outlet in the corner (in a dorm for 4 people) to charge your phone. When I caught my ‘roommate’ trying to steal my stuff I immediately packed and left the hostel. I tried to contact them but never heard back from them.

Era completamente limpio.

Bed was comfortable, location was in a quiet area and got Oxxo right across the street, some places to eat as well and near the Reforma.

There is no sign to indicate the property, it looks like an abandon house. It is an outdated property, the shower downstairs is located by the patio.

Reasonably priced accommodation in a safe neighbourhood. Its more B&B than a hostel.

Terrible communication with the staff on the booking platform, it always felt as if the booking would not be honoured. There was no locker available.
