The reburbishments are looking good our room was fresh and clean new furnishings and shower. Love the new buffet style breakfast. We are looking forward to our next stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Susan.

dinner in the bar as no dining room in operation

The room. Requested a ground floor room as my wife had a broken ankle. Was told on arrival no ground floor rooms ! No one had thought to respond to our request in advance The room was 'basic' - like sleeping in a tin box ! Sound vibrated around the room. Soundproofing to other areas very poor. Bathroom layout very poor - no thought given to it. No hooks. No shelves on which to put things The place is in need of an urgent makeover. It should be closed while this happens so as not to disapoint customers

Friendlness of the team.

No phone in room, no hand held shower, no mirror with a plug next to it to dry hair. The bed side lights are to far from the bed

Everything was very clean and staff was very nice. The room we had had loads of space and the bathroom shower was amazing.

Me and my partner both thought the bed was solid and gave us both sore backs. Our breakfast was cold although the website said breakfast till 11 at weekends and public holidays. We went down at 10 and they where already cleaning up.

Room was large, clean and comfortable.
