Spectacular Ocean View

The property doesn’t match the description- dirty floors and curtains; no second remote; no batteries; no washer or dryer; indoor pool is closed; gym closed; beach pool deck closed and no beach access; the building is probably sinking due to beach erosion. It is dangerous to stay there after what has happened in the city of Surfside, Miami-Dade County

The apartment was nice and clean with linens and coffee available and able to check in once the apartment was available, which was a hour before check in.

There was no amenities offered at all, which includes the resturant, bar, all the pools, the gym. It seems there have been no repairs done whatsoever since the hurricane and the unit next door was being remodeled throughout both nights

The apartment was immaculate. It was clean. It is decorated well. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen, although it has no oven, was otherwise very well supplied.

While the information on this site still advertises 2 outdoor pools and a kids pool, 1 indoor pool, fitness facilities and a cafe, none of these are currently available! The walk to access the beach is about a 1/4 mile (according to my step counter). In the meantime, no work on repairs has even begun, while it seems nearly everyone else is either in full operation or they’re nearly finished.

The apartment was great. Very easy to get in room. Everything you need was in room the kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal. The ocean view was amazing. The apartment was cozy and felt like home. Nothing at all to complain about apartment.

No amenities at the building. Pool in side and 3 outside where closed the 3 outside where eye sore one green then 2 where drained with some water in it but was very dirty looking just took from the ocean view. You also had to walk around building to get to ocean which is ok if you don’t have a walking disability it does not take long if you can walk well but for me took little time to get their all the other doors in building to get to beach are closed off.

Thankful to have a balcony with a beach view!

Didn't have a dishwasher. There was no pad in the tub to stop slipping.

No breakfast

No parking available. What a zoo. No pools, no excuse, hurricane damage should have been repaired by now. Air conditioning was poor. Very damp inside of room
