Spectacular Ocean View

Property owner was nice.

Indoor and outdoor pool closed. Tiki Bar is closed. Restaurant is closed. You have to walk around the building & parking garage for beach access. Only one elevator working, so it took forever to get anywhere. Laundry facilities only had one washer that worked.

I loved the lay out of the room. It was clean and well stocked.The view was excellent. Also convenient location I could walk right across the street to shops and restaurants.

we were expecting the use of an outdoor pool and hot tub and didn’t realize that neither were available until after we booked.

The condo itself was nice but we had roaches. The parking garage was closed. I am handicapped and we had to walk around the entire building and garage. The outdoor pool and tiki bar were closed due to hurricane damage and did not say so in the description. Half of the foundation of the retaining wall was damaged with rebar showing. The same for resorts in both sides of us For $200 a night, all this damage and inconvenience, the rate should be much lower I contacted the owner and all they could do is say I'm sorry. I was in room 435. If you're going to stay there, watch out for the roaches

Pools damaged by hurricane, indoor pool and hot tubs not open, parking garage not able to be used due to hurricane/ Rolex 24 in town so parking was a big problem....none revealed at booking
