Sanku Place Hiriketiya

Nice room, best AC we had in Sri Lanka. Sanku and his family are very welcoming. Don't miss the breakfast, it's so tasty. Sanku also gives surf lessons and you can rent board at his surfing company. We recommend 👌

I liked that it was conveniently located and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for one night. The breakfast sadly was not Sri Lankan food but it was a pleasant frittata and nice fruit/date dish along with coffee which we appreciated very much! The hosts provided a welcome drink which was a lovely touch. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean and tidy. It was basic in some ways but had everything we neeeded.

It wasn’t overly spacious - the room was basically just larger than the bed itself but it still managed to fit a desk in there and it did the job! :)

Frühstück war sehr gut!

Teil vom Frühstück war super. Der Besitzer ist echt freundlich und bietet auch echt sehr gute Surf Stunden an und das zu einem guten Preis.

Am Ende des Aufenthaltes haben wir mehr gezahlt als das was auf booking stand. Also denken wir, dass wir abgezogen worden sind. Das Wasser, welches wir nicht einmal getrunken haben, ist auch berechnet worden. Es gab ein sehr leckeren Mango Smoothie zur Begrüßung, der aber Eiswürfel hatte, bei denen man vorsichtig sein muss aus welchem Wasser die gemacht worden sind.

ci siamo sentiti a casa! Sanku e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire super accolti, dovevamo stare 3 giorni alla fine abbiamo prolungato e siamo stati una settimana! Colazioni sempre diverse e buonissime (comunque se avete preferenze potete chiederglielo senza problemi), abbiamo anche cenato due volte lì ed era tutto super buono (il padre è uno chef). Abbiamo poi fatto anche qualche lezione di surf con Sanku siccome è un insegnante e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Anche moglie e figli adorabili :)

早餐很好吃及豐盛, 地點很好,離沙灘和市中心都很近,但是環境又很清靜,很喜歡這個地點

晚上蚊子很多,隔天即有電蚊香,就没有問題了. 浴室排水比較差.

Lovely family, nice spacious room in a quieter area while still only a 10 minute walk into Hiriketiya beach area, and the breakfast is delicious!
