Very good info before arrived re: parking, access codes etc

Close walking distance to town centre. Clean room , good communication building up to the stay

Was ok for us but room 7 was at the top of the building with a lot of stairs. No coat hangers in the cupboard. Car park was ok but a bit difficult to find but they did supply a video. Without the video we would of struggled.

Very clean room and comfy bed - location is great for the theatre and town centre

The carpet on the stairs to the room was very muddy

No coat hangers whatsoever in the walk in wardrobe, hence nowhere to hang our coats! We couldn't hang our coats on the back of a chair either, as there was no chair available! It really wouldn't hurt to put a couple of folding chairs and a small table in the room. Lying on the bed trying to drink a cup of tea isn't ideal.

Class Stays was perfectly placed for our visit to Theatre Severn. Plenty of information was provided. The videos were incredibly helpful for finding the parking and getting in. The room was comfortable with all we needed for an overnight stay. A fridge was useful. We were at the back so it was nice and quiet. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

The location was very good, the room comfortable and clean.

The door code and key code provided by booking.com did not work. Luckily someone on the premises to assist (this is usually self check in). Bathroom fan noisy, only 1 tea bag (plenty of coffee), no information about WiFi or guest password in room.

That it was available when I wanted to book it

The noise was really intrusive, the double glazing wasn’t effective. The noise was so bad from a nearby venue we could only watch TV with subtitles to understand what was going on. Once the noisy venue had closed we were woken in the night by a noisy fridge. As for the air conditioning we tried that but again too noisy to be useful. There was no chair in the room! So no where to sit. The towels were worn out. There was no information supplied in the form so we had to phone to get the WiFi password. A nice fire plan poster on the back of the door with no instructions. Unfortunately the shower was close to overflowing possibly because the trap had not been emptied. The phone signal was very poor so we couldn’t download the property instructions. The actual entrance to the property was via some kind of taverna where the rubbish bin was overflowing with waste.
