Perfect location! Information provided before arrival was foolproof, room was ideal as only there for a night. Had everything we needed - well, mostly!

It was advertised with air conditioning, only to arrive on the day (being in the middle of a heatwave!) to no air conditioning but a fan, which subsequently led to an awful nights sleep as the room was unbearably hot!

Well located, clean and modern. Air conditioning in room. Lovely shower!

Could not gain access going in, had to get help from staff Stair carpet very stained/dirty Blinds in room let in light all night so very bad nights sleep On the main road in to town so very noisy with traffic Laundry left outside adjoining room during our stay Fire Action notice needs to be filled in with a sharpie as it was too faint to read

Very clean and spacious rooms, with great parking facilities.

Great location to walk into Shrewsbury Car parking lot safe and off road. Video was very helpful in finding the parking area

There were a few small things I feel would improve the stay We were in room 4 and the windows are low, therefore a net curtain on at least the bottom of the window would mean we wouldn’t need to keep the blinds down when changing. Enough tea bags, coffee sachets and milk for the duration of a stay, A full length mirror Hooks for coats

We've stayed here many times and rooms always had a good king/queen sized bed hadntcrealised this was a double bed so very small . Room size was good.

The tea and coffee hadn't been restocked from previous occupiers. So 1 tea bag, 1 oat milk, no normal milk

The location to the centre of Shrewsbury is excellent and the booking and checking in procedures are simple and effective. It’s also great to get a secure parking spot on site, which we really appreciated.

There was a strong smell of drains in the room we were in (room 7) and so it made it quite unpleasant in there. It got slightly better with the windows open, but having to sleep with the windows open meant it was quite noisy with traffic from the road outside.

Good location for city centre and river. Secure access to hotel through 3 locked doors so felt very safe. Room comfortable and clean and nice bathroom so made an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Very good value for money. If you dont like dealing with people is very private. Shrewsbury has plenty to offer for a weekend break so get booking!.

Oat milk supplied in room doesnt work. Pub behind had disco although finished at 11pm. If your out n about in very lively nightime Shrewsbury you wouldnt notice.
