Small double bed, seemed complicated to get access, having to go to different pages for instructions

Central for my visit

Need more coffee pods in the rooms

Easy self check in, videos beforehand to show you where to find parking, great location, clean room

Location in walking distance from the river and all local shops, theatre , cinema restaurant and pubs

No lift in hotel quite difficult to lug medium sized luggage bag up 27 stairs.

Location 5 minute walk into town, 15 minute walk to Castle. Room was a good size, bed was comfy. Air Con in room, good shower, with choice of hose or rain shower.

Self check-in... I was sent a code to use for the door and key box, but it hadn't been activated. Luckily, someone was on site (about to leave). Shower had body wash and shampoo, so I took no shower gel in with me. Only once in and wet did I find the body wash was empty There's a nice desk, but no chair with it. There was a comfy chair along the corridor, so I used that, but it was quite small, compared to the desk, so my laptop was around shoulder height Blinds on three windows, but only 2 could be pulled down. Sash windows didn't come down enough to lock
