Easy access in and out of the building, parking was good. Good location.

Cleanliness of the room, in the toilet, around all areas of the bedroom. Bedding dirty, dirty carpet, cups spoons dirty, tiles in bathroom dirty, hairs on dressing type table

"Dirty"

Great location. Good self booking in service.

The shower was dirty. There was hair in the bed before I used it. The coffee machine was dirty and the kettle was dirty and still had water in from previous occupants. It was slightly cold due to the windows letting in the cold and no instructions on how to use either control's.
