Light Lovers Apartment - Principe Real

Piękny, stylowy apartament z ładnym widokiem, na spokojnej ulicy. Przestronny, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Sypialnia komfortowa. Spało nam się doskonale. Czuliśmy się jak w swoim domu. Tuż za rogiem przystanek autobusu i tramwaju, którymi można łatwo podróżować po Lizbonie. Nieco dalej stacja Metra Rato, skąd dość szybko jedzie się na lotnisko. Po sąsiedzku piekarnia i restauracje a nieco dalej sklep Pingo Doce, odpowiednik naszej sieci Biedronka. Maria, właścicielka mieszkania bardzo życzliwa i pomocna.

Nasze wakacje zbyt szybko się skończyły.

This appartment was lovely. Ideally situated (100m from Botanical Gardens), in walking distance of historical centre, yet in a side street (nice and quiet). Well equipped with all that we needed - especially the kitchen. The flat is near buses and also the metro, which takes you to the airport in 25 minutes (one change of station).

For us the beds were quite hard, but that is of course, personal taste. And you do have to go up to the second floor (40 steps, no lift) - but Lissabon is full of hills, you are going up & down all day! That was absolutely no trouble to us.

Zeer centraal, maar toch heel rustig. Je bent binnen no-time bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Het appartement voelt als een thuis aan. Van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontvangst van Maria was geweldig! Ik kom terug!!!!

Persönlicher Stil. Nicht die übliche Ikea Einrichtung. 😇

Tipp: ein Topper auf der Matratze wäre super, damit Unebenheiten durch das Steppmuster auf der Oberseite ausgeglichen werden.

La surface de l appartement, le style le confort, rien ne manquait .Tout etait parfait . Tout etait pret pour notre arrivee ...proprete appartement ventile et cerise sur le gateau une bouteille de vin au frais . Bien situe, calme

Le seul bemol est pour la salle de bains qui est d une autre époque en décalage par rapport au luxe du reste de l appartement !

Apartment looks much better in real life than in the pictures! Excellent location, basically walking distance to many major cultural attractions. Great communication with the host and very nice views from the apartment. Tastefully decorated interior, very well equipped kitchen, good natural ventilation in the apartment.

The ventilation in the bathroom was bad and it would sometimes stink of sewage (but this is a Lisbon problem more than anything else, just like the parking). No AC in any of the rooms but it is a historical building so that needs to be taken into account, slapping ACs onto facades is not really good. NOT the property's responsibility but still relevant if you have a car rented: Parking in that area is a nightmare, super expensive and rather difficult to find. Make sure you pre-book a slot using the telpark app or website.

Tout. Appartement extrêmement bien pensé et très chaleureusement décoré. On s'y sent immédiatement chez soi. Le quartier est très agréable et vivant mais la rue est très calme, ce qui est capital à Lisbonne. Tout a été pensé pour des séjours confortables (fer à repasser, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge...) Une magnifique lumière et une vue dégagée. Clairement un appartement qui mérite son prix. À faire : Visite à Livraria do Traverso Jardin Botanico Musée d'histoire naturelle Jardim das Flores Nombreuses boutiques alentour Et supermarché + marché à proximité

Difficultés pour se garer dans la rue. Le parking est à quelques minutes à pied mais les prix sont assez rédhibitoires... Dans la cabine de douche, un ou deux petits rangements seraient nécessaires : pour poser savon, shampoing, etc.
