Space is good and clean

Staff and Services’s are very bad I found difficulty to check in and take more than 30 minutes even though I tried to call them several times but not answered . First night heater was not working and they never mind to even help me how to switched it on !!!! Furthermore I asked for late checkout and they agreed then surprisingly they sent the cleaner at 10AM and I informed them that I am not ready she hanged up the phone and sent me a threat that they will bring police if I don’t move immediately. It was very bad experience and bad staff and services. So even the Falt is ok however I never recommend it becouse of staff and services

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo czysto, nie było problemów z ogrzewaniem i ciepłą wodą. Bardzo wygodny dostęp do obiektu, świetna komunikacja:)

Fantastic apartment, a real home from home! Clean, comfortable, and close to all amenities.

The upstairs bedroom was a little colder than the rest of the apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment and so much bigger than I thought. The price was really reasonable and the location was great. Would highly recommend.

Everything was lovely, no improvements needed.

The level of security for the property and the car parking were excellent. The apartment was well layed out and had plenty of space. It was also close to the city centre without being too close, therefore it was very quiet in the evenings.

The timer for the central heating seemed to be out of kilter. In the evening the heating did not come on until quite late. Then it came on in the middle of the night when we were in bed but not first thing in the morning when we got up. Obviously this wasn't pleasant as on the first night of our stay there was a heavy frost. The outside light by the entrance door wasn't working too well which made it difficult to put the key in the lock. The stairs were quite steep which could be problematical for some people.

Stylish, spacious, clean apartment in small renovated apartment building with two bathrooms and a neat parking space with an automatic gate with a code. Coffee, tea, etc. and even biscuits were well provided. We unfortunately also have less positive points. The communal staircase (shared with the ground floor apartment) had a very strong beer smell and a broken shoe rack. Apparently, there had been a beer party before we arrived. The rack was replaced after one day. The Wi-Fi keeps often dropping out on the three smart TV's and smartphones. The devices all indicate a weak or no signal. So your movie keeps stopping in between. This complaint was already reported in the reviews in April this year and again afterwards, but the problem still exists. Normally check out is 11am at other apartments. Here it is 10am. That's early, we think. If you like 1 hour extra, you have to take two hours till noon for £25 extra.
