Fantastic location, very peaceful, no noise! Comfortable bedrooms, lovely kitchen and sitting room. Apartment has everything you need.

Multiple extremely long messages with information is the only negative feedback. Could do with more concise to the point information.

We had some Internet problems And maybe some information on how to work the heating. Gate had problems closing after we parked

The 2bedroom apartment was very clean & well maintained. Felt very safe with parking onsite with gated. Self Check in & Check out instructions were superb. The properties is well located in terms of accessing university & city center. Will Definitely recommend to my friends & family.

Very clean and roomy apartments. It was in vicinity to the location we were attending to. Excellent parking facility.

The kitchen utilities could have been better and more of.

It’s not in the centre but there are restaurants and shops nearby.

This is a very prettily appointed, generously proportioned flat that was nicer than expected in almost every way. Shutters help keep it cool in the summer and fans were provided for us. We don't watch much television but if you do, then there's a screen in each bedroom and the lounge. The crockery and utensils provided were nice quality and fine for a short stay. Each bathroom was clean and the bath towels a good size. This property was very well located in terms of accessing universities and city centre (but that does mean it's quite noisy and when you have the windows open at night there is the constant passage of buses et cetera going past alongside the revellers from the local pub this does give you a bit of noise)

We had very few niggles but it was odd that there were no mirrors in the bathrooms, particularly as a shaving point has been provided and you could have put in a retractable mirror or potentially put one where some of the pictures have been put on flat walls. It's also annoying when bathroom bins don't have lids on them. When the flats were converted, a bannister was perhaps moved to refurbish the staircase up to the top floor bedroom and a dado rail was left in place. This means that the first couple of times you come down the stairwell, you catch your fingers until you learn not to actually hold on at the top of the stairs. This would be a relatively simple adjustment to make that would actually improve safety on the stairwell. The owners provide very comprehensive information which is generally good but starts to feel like overkill particularly as it could have been phrased more simply or even put into a one-page summary with photographs and bullet points. Relatedly, the pre-arrival message saying that they don't provide more than just enough stuff to get you going made us rush around ensuring that we had soap, washing up liquid and plenty of toilet rolls before coming on the trip yet they were all there in plenty. So please do look again at how you provide information and the tone that you use within it.
