"Nice hotel"

We were greeted by very friendly staff. They helped us to exchange USD to local currency while all banks were closed on the weekend. And also helped us to organise the laundry as we were traveling for a while by the time we arrived to this hotel. The room is spacious an light. Hotel is located in close proximity to Register Square (about 15min walk).

The hotel building has a few levels however it's missing the elevator which could be tricky for some. Room requires mini-fridge, as most of the year the weather is pretty hot in Samarkand.

We came here for a short visit of 2 days. The hotel is situated 1KM from Registon, the heart of Samarqand. The hotel looks fancy and is clean. The room was luxurious and looked really nice. All the neccesities such as airconditioning, tv, hot water etc. were present. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was really polite and nice! All in all, a wonderful experience and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

"Continent, beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms ."

The bedroom size is perfect for my child and I . Beautifully decorated room and very comfortable and very clean . The staff Sultan is very accommodating and friendly , they had made sure our comfort and stay will be comfortable and convenient. It’s a walking distance to many stores and Registan Square . Roof top has awesome view of the city .

Doesn’t have Elevator but that’s ok , they helped us with our luggage as I was with my child . But it’s not a bad flight of stairs .
