Polite and helpful staff New and clean

The budget room was small with a small bathroom, a small shower, a small water bassin and a sqeezed-in toilet you cannot properly sit on. The breakfast place was also small.

Staff are very warm hearted and friendly, though not everyone can speak English. The room is very clean. And this property is only a 10 min walking distance from Registan.

This is a nice clean hotel about a kilometer from Registan Square. The rooms are new and neatly done. The best thing however is the Staff courtesy and politeness. Iv been to handful of hotels during my trips but the Reception staff at Ardani was the most humble and sweet person. Just a heads up if you are considering this hotel. The rooms are located on the second floor and you have to lug up your bags with brute force. However the staff helped us down during check out. Breakfast is passable

Also the toilets could have been bigger, but this is a design flaw, not the hotel operators fault
