Alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar-Bahnhof in ca, 10 Minuten, Großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ganz neu renoviert und möbliert. In der Küche alles Notwendige vorhanden. Sehr sauber!

Great place very close to the market, train/bus station, and 15 min walk to main street with all restaurants and attractions. The place itself is great - all new, air conditioned with coffee/tea and fridge to keep your beer/wine ) Gianni was super attentive and accommodating! - I was able to come in early and put my luggage in. I did not have any issues with noisy street - once windows closed, it's all quiet. It's really a great place especially given the price! Really enjoyed authentic Palermo experience, thank you!

It was as it is advertised, very comfortable, clean and modern. Owner was very friendly and forthcoming. Location is very good, close to the train station and main attractions, in 15-25 min by foot you can reach all the main attractions. Nice that there is common kitchen area, with option to cook meals and to make great coffee.

The host didn’t speak a word of English, despite it being advertised on the website. I repeatedly asked for communication in English, but my requests were completely ignored. This made the situation incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. To make things even worse, as a lone woman, I was approached on the street in a creepy, isolated area and told to follow the host without any explanation. It felt unsafe and inappropriate. Additionally, another guest helped translate for me at the accommodation, but the host and others were incredibly rude. They openly laughed and mocked me in front of the translator, especially when the host was caught lying. This behavior was humiliating and unprofessional. While there was a TV in the room, the signal was so poor that it was completely unwatchable. The room also had no Wi-Fi, only in the shared kitchen, which was inconvenient. Upon arrival, the toilet was dirty, and the worst part came when I discovered bed bugs in the bed. This was absolutely unacceptable and made the stay unbearable.

Amazing location: close to old city centre, central rail station and local street food market! Very clean with modern interior, has everything you need including mini fridge. Felt very safe. High ceilings felt amazing. There's is also a shared kitchen with tea and coffee facilities available.
