10/10! Everything was perfect ! Gianni was a nice and considerate host. He’s always responsive to our requests. The room was clean, new and got everything we need. The apartment is not far from train station and other attractions. We spent chill 3 days here :) Grazie Mille !

Located a short walk from station. Rooms were new and with very good security. Communication with owner was excellent. We were met at the front door as arranged. Great new little kitchen. Elevator available to ride and take luggage - a bonus. Very happy with comfortable room.

Room could have been a bit bigger. Take away the mirror and have small table and chair instead. Some street noise.

Friendly it was a great place, quiet and clean good location for walking from downtown palermo to the beach with very good price . Thank you, Mia palermo 🙏

Gianni was the perfect host. Super attentive! He answers any questions you have immediately. The room was super clean, modern, the bed was comfortable, it has a beautiful balcony, and the bathroom was spectacular. I really can't describe in words how good my experience with him was. I would stay here again and again. Thank you for everything Gianni :)

All PERFECT!

Gianni is an excellent host. The room was very clean and comfortable with all the essentials. The kitchen was also super comfortable and had all that you need to make coffee, easy meal, and tea. The location of the property is also a comfortable 5 minute walk from Via Maqueda where you can find anything and everything you might look for as a tourist. Also a convenient few minutes walk to Palermo Centrale,with convenient connections to other cities.

Internet connection in the room didn’t really work so I needed to be in the kitchen to use it reliably. Working out private times in the kitchen with the other guests was quite trivial though, as we all became quite friendly and accommodating towards each other :)
