Staff were wonderful; very attentive. Family enjoyed breakfast every morning. Suite was very large, had a great deck. Perfect for our family of 4.

While knew it going in, it is very expensive, especially food prices.

3 bedroom ocean front luxury suite was very spacious, room sizes were large and appreciated the ensuites in each bedroom + powder room is always nice feature. Close proximity to everything - grocery store, restaurants, other hotels etc. Beach staff very friendly and helpful.

Not great with young children. You get the feeling that the other patrons and staff don't care for children although the resort is advertised as family-friendly (not sure who else is renting 3 bedroom suites). But there's a sign in the pool that says "no noise, no games" -- not sure what a realistic expectation would be in the pool with kids. I actually had the general manager come up to me when the pool was completely empty except for us to tell me that my kids weren't allowed to play with a beach ball in the pool and to refer to the sign which says "no noise", which was definitely not appreciated given that I rented the biggest room in the resort for a 10 night stay (was not a cheap stay). Other annoyances include: always seemed to be a shortage of pool and beach towels. They would lay out a pool towel on each seat at the beginning of the day, and once that towel was used, there was nowhere to get another one. Drink/food service by the beach is not a good setup - they don't have proper tables setup on the beach to put drinks down (they were flimsy/kind of broken).

Awful room , not private , most staff were lovely but some really were disinterested .

The staff were the most impressive I have ever experienced. Kind, considerate, professional yet friendly, and ready to make your stay even better.

Location is fantastic - quiet beach - yet close enough to all amenities of Grace Bay; Grace Cottage right next door is also a bonus. The placement of the property behind the dunes is fantastic and whoever designed this place should take a bow. The size of the property is also not overwhelming which is what we like, smaller type of resorts. Looking forward to being back.

There is never a good time to renovate the property; while we stayed at Point Grace it seems some of the adjacent rooms were being updated so you could def hear drilling etc. although it was not all day by any means.

high quality facilities, service, food amenities. Quiet location, pool and beach. No loud distractions.

Some pool area repair noise. They need to maintain the facilities so we get it. Would have been nice if they offered some complimentary mimosas or something else during this period.
