Dunoon Gourock Inverkip Apartment

It was easy to collect the keys, as they were left unsecure under a mat!

Apartment was filthy on arrival, the entrance was not secure. We arrived late on the evening of our 5 day stay, had to stay the first night as there was no alternative accommodation. But the next day we found somewhere else to stay, no refund or even an apology. The host then went on to ask us for compensation for apparantly making her apartment dirty, we left it how we found it. She then went on to accuse us of breaking her fridge and carpets... Rude host that was agressive over text, when asked to help sort the problems. Dirty towels left out, muck on the walls. The apartment had no utensils and wasn't even finished, no smoke alarms etc.
