Stanza umida. Con i 25 euro di pulizia extra per il cane (nemmeno negli hotel spa hanno mai chiesto tanto), il costo d 110 euro per una notte a Rieti considerando l’umidità della stanza diventa davvero eccessivo

La posizione centrale e il letto molto comodo

L’unica pecca dell’appartamento è secondo me la luce: essendoci un unica piccola finestra e tenendo la tenda chiusa per privacy essendo al piano terra, l’appartamento tende ad essere buio.

Non mancava nulla

L'appartamento al pian terreno è umido. D'inverno con il riscaldamento sicuramente migliora. Ci vorrebbe un deumidificatore ma non ci è stato proposto. Un po' la temperatura, intorno ai 19 gradi, unitamente all'umidità, non ne favorivano la permanenza prolungata. È l'unica nota negativa, molto positivo tutto il resto.

Il proprietario è gentilissimo.. la posizione è il massimo stai nel centro di Rieti e hai tutto vicino.. supermercato farmacia tabacchi.. il loft spettacolare.. lo consiglio.. grande Leonardo a presto...
