The location is excellent, about 1 km from the Pisa Tower. It has a free parking. There is a terrace where one can sit and relax. The owner provided us with all necessary information.

The appartment was not properly cleaned. There were brown spots in the toillet, there were hair and particles on the table and the floor was not clean. The cleanlines of the bed linen was questionable. We stayed for Easter there, perhaps it was the reason for a superficial preparation of the appartment.

It would be a good apartment, but the cleaning is bad. The floor is sticky, the bed linen was not changed, it was used. The towel has a bad smell.

This is a studio that has wardrobes to separate the kitchen and bedroom, with a small concertina door. There were stains on the kitchen chair cushions, stains on the bedcover, when we pulled the sheet back there was dark hair in the bed, several dark hairs on the bathroom floor near the toilet. Half of the towels smelt very musty, some also had stains on them. Shower door very flimsy, After walking in the bedroom and bathroom without shoes, our feet were very dirty. Fortunately we had towels and sleeping bags, so we used our own. Shame, it could be a great little place
