V clean apartment with all required facilities. V quiet location apart from locals socialising. Friendly neighbours. Host was very helpful and provided lots of information & booked me a taxi.

Possibly a bit remote from the centre but car parking was available on site. Prefer contact less access as not so easy to operate gate/door locks after dark.

We really like the location of the property, its very close to the center, but very residential at the same time. There is a free outdoor parking, which is very convenient. For families traveling with small kids, there is step-free access, very convenient for a pram. The host was very friendly and communicative. He allows us to check-in earlier, as soon as the flat was ready. It was very helpful as the day was very hot. The air condition in the flat is a huge bonus! We enjoyed contactless check-in and check-out. Very convenient and autonomous.

I'm not sure there is a baby crib available, but for us it was not curtail as we stayed for 1 night. You should ask a host.

Easy to pick up the keys and the host was easy to contact. Bed was comfortable. Lots of cupboard space.

There were only 2 cups for 3 people. There wasn't enough crockery or other kitchen essentials. The shower wasn't very clean. Although close to the leaning tower it was quite a walk to the centre of the town.

The location is great, really close to the piazza dei miracoli, and the neighbourhood is really quiet so you can rest properly. The owner is really friendly and super helpful, you can ask him anything and he tries his best to help.
