"Great location"

Perfect location for a Verona city trip.

Check out was at 10am which is really very early and unusual. We asked if we could check out a bit later and were told yes, but at 25 euros more per hour. We paid the extra hour since 10am was really to early. A check out at 11 would be appropriate without having to pay 15% extra of the room price for one hour.

everything was very comfortable very clean, we booked it the last minute and it was in the middle of all the good things in verona. we loved it!

a little bit noisy because of the restaurant below but the windows did a good job silence it

"Chose place for location and that is what you get"

The location is great as it is right in there heart of the old town. Nice restaurant right below.

Super early check out 10am! and no flexibility about it, late check in (after 3pm), facilities dated and used up, picture misleading about what you get (bed corner nice rest old and worn off), nothing comfy to sit on, nothing to hang/store clothes. No AC.

"We find our stay at the place dissatisfactory."

Location as for the place in the city is good. Bedsheets and towels were clean. There was no breakfast since this accomodation was an apartment.

Apartments are usually equipped with many more facilities including electric kettle, microwave oven, toster, coffee machine. Nothing of these were found in our room, despite coffee machine is present in the list of facilities on the booking.com site. As for the kettle there was no one even of the simplest (not electrical) type. Also there was neither kitchen towel nor even simple rag to wipe surfaces. The guests are demanded to do washing up before checking out, but on our arrival we found kitchenware not very clean. Incidentally, is it right to make it guest's duty? What is the staff for? Somewhere there was also a garden view advertised. Instead we had a restorant right under our window, whose loud noise and shouting prevented us from sleeping till 0.30 AM.

"Appartment located from a walking distance to all touristic attractions"

Perfect location in the hearth of the historical center. Place was clean and provide sufficient space for a short stay. Remote check-in provide flexibility on your own organisation
