Good location near central area of Station 2 with the beach as walking distance, big room with clean and comfortable beds, quiet area, good internet connection, and friendly staff. Strong water pressure in the shower

Not much of an issue personally, but the way to the homestay was very steep and could be an issue for those who have a hard time climbing up steep slopes

So peaceful here.The staff are super friendly and the pets are just too cute! 🐾 We stayed in the D5 room (like an annex of the main house) — simple but really comfy. Loved that they have a hair dryer (a must for me 😅). Not much on toiletries except for soap and tissue, but they do provide beach towels. Plus, the kitchen is well equipped — perfect if you want to save a bit and skip the pricey Boracay food spots. 🍳🌴 Such a cozy and homey stay!

The climb from the main road up to the homestay (Next to The Henry Hotel and Villa Enghien) but honestly, it’s good exercise — and the peaceful vibes at the top are totally worth it!

Great internet, calm location

The host built the house from ground up and runs the stay, so lots of interesting stories to hear and look around compared to it just being a place to sleep. Attentive staff and loving pets adds extra charm. We tried eating out for breakfast but found the home one better than nearby restaurants.

Amazing place, Really Beautifully designed, great staff. If you are doing kytesurfing there is also a way to the back beach.

Wifi sometimes doing problems, Infrequent power outages.

This place was such good value. The room was great and very clean. It was in a good location and you could walk to either beach and town. All the reviews stating there is a hike, please ignore! Yes there is a short sharp uphill but it lasts for about 20 seconds of walking and then it flattens out. If you have mobility issues then perhaps not for you.

Very clean internet connection was great for someone who works from home

Bed was clean, facilities are great, shared kitchen and fridge with all utensils. Great staff! The view is fantastic.

Location is in the middle of the island however it was uphill.
