Amazing and peaceful place. Rooms were spacious and you really felt you could relax there. The backyard was very chill and beautiful. The staff was very nice and our bed was made daily. The hill everyone is talking about in their reviews wasnt that bad at all, maybe only if you are a senior, book somewhere else. The stay dogs were cute and never tried to do anything to us. The place is just at the main road, perfect location. 5 min walk from the beach. Highly recommend Amihan!

The hill but as I mentioned, it was not bad at all

I loved the accommodation - quieter than the busy noise on the sea front. We were able to walk easily around to both sides of the island. Basic facilities for self catering were available and well maintained. Any troubles (sticky door key/lock) were addressed immediately.

The hill!! as others have mentioned but this is a means to access accommodation and once you have navigated the hill to the door - good to go!

Comfortable and relaxing

The property is up a very steep hill, the description did not specify this but just up on a hill. This is not good for senior citizens like myself and with the extremely high heat it certainly is not something to attempt if you have breathing problems or high blood pressure. Additionally we did not have hot water shower as per the description and the shower rose needs to be replaced. Another minus point is that the air conditioning cannot cope with the heat, I recommend the unit is replaced with a larger capacity to provide the desired comfort, trying to sleep with aircon showing 28 degrees all night was not acceptable.

Nice and quite location. Kind and helpfull owners and stuff. Clean. I felt safe and comfortable.

It is hard to open and close windows and mosquito net. Windows are very clean and transparent so you coul crash to it because you thought it is open. Perhaps the owner should consider to put sam sticks on it.

I like the optional breakfast and its decent price.

Bathroom mirror was placed quite high, catered more on taller individuals, unfortunate for short people like me. The place needs more lighting.

I asked them a favor to make a valentine letter for my boyfriend. And they did more than that. They upgraded our home from standard to family room with the balloon and petals of flower. And the letter attached to the valentine balloon. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly... My bad i forgot to give a tip at the end of our stay due to early stress of flight. Thank you Amihan home and management.

It looked great and was comfortable. The distance was ideal. You can walk anywhere.

Not really anything negative I can say.
