⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable and Convenient Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The check-in process was a breeze - I arrived a few minutes late at 5 PM, and the staff was patient and accommodating, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The room itself was spotless. The sheets were crisp and clean, and the overall cleanliness of the room was top-notch. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes pride in their work. One of the best surprises was the in-room entertainment. The TV came equipped with Netflix and YouTube, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It felt just like home! The amenities were thoughtfully chosen, especially for long-term stays. The hot water shower was fantastic, providing a refreshing start to each day. The addition of a rice cooker in the room was a game-changer for me - it's so convenient for preparing quick, budget-friendly meals. Overall, this hotel offers great value, especially for extended stays. The combination of cleanliness, modern entertainment options, and practical amenities like the rice cooker made my stay comfortable and stress-free. I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

Neat and clean! Good location! Air conditioner is new, silent and good located. U can use it all night while u sleep.

Lovely little studio apartment with balcony, brightly decorated containing a well-equipped kitchen. 24 hour security at main door. Nice place for a longer stay. This is the third time I have booked this apartment, I will book again next time......

Only issue for me is that the traffic noise can be bad at night, the window sound-proofing is not very efficient.

Central location, cleanliness, host’s responsiveness, housekeeping provided every couple of days, building’s attentive and supportive staff 24/7, 24/7 convenience store in the lobby, excellent views from the balcony, easy check-in and check-out policy

Construction still ongoing in the building, 24/7 noise because of the nature of the location (CBD), kitchen sink clogs, faucets in the kitchen and bathroom sinks have leaks, refrigerator freezes, lack of safe pick-up and drop-off point in front of the building, dusty bed frame and air conditioning unit, difficulty to pin building on Grab (since it’s a new building, most drivers don’t know about it yet, so they go to Elizabeth Hotel, which is across Cityscape Grand Tower), only a few kitchenware available

Lovely little studio apartment, brightly decorated giving an at-home feeling. Kitchen fairly well equipped, including a rice cooker and kettle. Silent air conditioning system. Possible to use the swimming pool. 24 hour convenience store located within the building, next to reception.

The building was undergoing renovation in some areas, only one lift working because of this (though the works made no other inconvenience). Noise from the road was bad at times, even though the windows were closed.
