"One word. “ NIGHTMARE’"

What breakfast room on 9th floor and elevator don’t work. I asked to check air conditioning that wasn’t working 4 times, o oft came. Asked for new towels, soap and shampoo 4 times in one day. Never received it The worst place I have ever been. And I travelled all over the. Very frustrating

Not booking this place would have been the best choice

"Ideal place to rest after long journey"

New apartment block, everything works well. Clean and comfortable. Very close to Ayala Centre Mall

No real issues but there is still building work taking place so can be noisy and parts of building are incomplete.

"Nice little apartment is a good value."

Nice view from actual (tiny) balcony. Very clean and has full appliances. Good location.

The building has major construction going on and street noise might bother some.
