We are not a local from Baguio so we did not know that the place has no Air Conditioning. Even the weather in Baguio is cold if you are more than 3 heads inside the room, you'll still need AC. The front desk cannot provide electric fan as they are saying no more available unit, It has been the comments of some previous guest but until now they are not giving attention to it. They should put every room at least 1 electric fan and that would somehow help the guests. That is the main

Very worth it considering the price. The facilities esp the gym and location are good! Clean place. Aqua garden is very nice to visit. ordered their ice cream every night and definitely enjoyed their K-fried chicken.

Loved how the staff accommodated our request to drop off our belongings early, because we were in a hurry to get to an event. They were also warm and helped us get a taxi. I also liked how the shower is separated from the toilet since it's easier to multitask for the both of us. The sleeping area is separated from the kitchen area as well. The place was also easy to find. Wifi is also strong and stable.

Parking inadequate. Lacking comfort room amenities. Did not bother to clean the room, even if we hang "Make up Room"

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The place is clean, complete with everything needed like microwave, fridge, utensils, etc. The front desk is also 24/7 and they catered to our requests when we needed something. There is also a cafe in the building.

First of all, the staff. They were all nice. All smiling. All greeting. Huge shoutouts to Freny, she was very friendly, nice, and accommodating. Second, the room was nice and clean. Lastly, the view and amenities are very good.

What I didn't like is that we didn't stay more.
