We didn’t have a convenient stay due to electric problem. I hope they will improve their rooms & service.

Vaults are broken

it had complete kitchen items so we were able to cook given this place is quite far from the main city about 35-45mins depending on traffic. it was quiet.

ad pics here in booking.com was misleading there was no TV like in the picture of the ad. it also said mountain view but it was a lie. staff said only 4th floor has the view and they will correct this misleading info.

Location wise, it's good.

* There's a TV but no remote control provided. * The electric fan is faulty * Bathroom: There are no accessories like bath holders to put your toiletries on. * Limited parking space. * The elevator has odd/funky smell. * Pillows are very poor quality. * Very small space for a family of 4.

The staff was very professional, especially Ms. Frenny. She went the extra mile by finding a way to return my son's cellphone. She carefully packaged it and delivered it via JRS, coordinating with us in a very respectful manner. Thank you very much! The Misty Hills facility exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money. The rooftop features a gym with plenty of equipment, table tennis, boxing gloves, and a bag stand. With a water dispenser. We were also able to do laundry before heading home. There is a sauna for both men and women. Most of all, it's a lovely spot to enjoy coffee with a beautiful view and fog. I will definitely be returning this summer. Thank you!
