Excelente ubicación y atención del personal. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

Frio, mucho, pero si vas a cusco sabrás que de noche y de mañana temprano hace frio, asi que ninguna sorpresa.

Muy buena experiencia en Taywa Hotel, en Aguas Calientes. Es un lugar cómodo y acogedor, con personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. El restaurante del primer piso es agradable y variado. Además, después del checkout nos guardaron las cosas para poder disfrutar tranquilos de Machu Picchu. ¡Muchas gracias por la atención!

Amazing place

Muito limpo. Muito bom. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, educados, prestativos. Vale muito a pena hospedar aqui.

Um pequeno vazamento no banheiro. Nos ofereceram outro quarto. Foram muito prestativos. Parabéns ao hotel.

I informed the hotel prior to my arrival that I would be traveling with my dog; the hotel details listed on Booking.com state that pets are allowed, but upon arrival, I was told that they do not accept dogs. Consequently, they really ought to update that information in their listing details. Furthermore, they charged me an additional $20 USD per night. I have been traveling the world for over four years—staying in everything from simple inns to luxury hotels—and this is the first time I have ever been charged such a high fee for my little Chihuahua. And as if that weren't enough, when I entered the room, I found pizza boxes and rotting food—including banana peels and popcorn—lying around. Honestly, after seeing that, I simply could not trust that they maintained even a minimum standard of cleanliness. I asked the staff for a new room, but they denied my request, claiming they had no other rooms available. Consequently, I felt forced to go out at 11:00 PM (night) to find a new hotel; yet, when I returned to collect my belongings, they—magically—did have another room after all I almost never write reviews, but this is, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had

Les lits étaient très confortables, le personnel était adorables, on nous a offert des boissons et des tequenos "de courtoisie" à notre arrivée, la salle de bain est top, le déjeuner est très bien, la wifi fonctionne bien, la rue est pas bruyante

Nous avons eu un petit problème d'eau chaude un matin, mais le reste du temps cela fonctionnait, on entend un peu ce qui se passe dans le couloir

The room was extremely musty smelling. Additionally it seemed understaffed, as the staff was always scrambling around and it was a little disorganized. Our bathroom wasn’t completely clean and there was no soap in the bathroom. But the main reason I wouldn’t stay is the strong musty smell that didn’t go away no matter how long we left open the windows.
