"Worst place out of hundreds I've stayed at."

Only the location is ok, there's a nice mini market closeby

How is this called a breakfast: 4 tiny pieces of cheese, 20grams of bread, 1 cup of coffee. Extra dirty bed sheets, broken tap, dogs barking like crazy.

L’hôtel est bien placé, proche du marché de souvenirs et de la gare ferroviaire. La chambre était très bien. Lit confortable, eau chaude. Réduction au restaurant de l’hôtel pour les clients. La femme responsable de l’accueil très aimable et disponible.

Mise à part la responsable de l’accueil le reste du personnel n’est pas très aimable. Lors du petit déjeuner aucune communication, aucun détail sur le contenu, on se contente de s’asseoir et d’attendre. Le gros problème est de se faire réveiller à minuit par une employé entrain de toquer à multiple reprise pour nous donner un bout de papier contenant le nouveau code wifi et ensuite partir en courant sans aucune explication.

La atención de la chava del restaurante fue muy buena siempre estuvo al pendiente pero el que estaba en recepción dejo mucho que desear

Me cobraron dos veces una vez en la reserva por la aplicación y luego de nuevo en el hotel, el chico de la recepción se puso en un papel de que yo te tengo que cobrar, me tocó en el último piso e iba con una bebé creo que quizá puedan tener consideración y dar algo más abajo sobre todo porque no hay elevador
